In loving memory of Joseph Carroll, Redhill, Ballyroan, died 1923, his wife Rose Carroll died 16th March 1951 aged 80 years, their sons Andrew died 1933, Patrick 9th Feb 1980 aged 72 years, John 17th Feb 1986 and his brother Matthew Carroll.
In loving memory of Julia Carroll, Redhill, Ballyroan, died 26th May 1941 aged 54 years, her husband John died 2nd October 1962 aged 82 years. Rest in Peace. Erected by their loving daughter Maggie. Her sister Mary Moore died 31st January 1914 aged 31 years, also interred in this cemetery.
Erected in the memory of James Phelan late of Monathoore, who departed this life November 8th 1815 aged 64 years, also his wife Honor Phelan alias Nolan who died on the 10th January 1834 aged 75 years and of their son John Phelan who died May 1877 aged 55 years and also his daughter Anne Phelan who departed this life 24th May 1877 aged 68 years, also her son Charles who died 25th February 1876 aged 80 years.
In memory of Winifred McDonald who died 22nd April 1860 aged 46 years, also her husband John died 16th Sept 1892 aged 83 years, their son William died 12th Dec 1889 aged 33 years and their grandson Timothy McDonald U.S.A. died 26th Feb 1906 aged 33 years, by whom this monument was erected.

Here lieth the body of Lawrence McDaniel of Cool who dept. This life the 16 day of November 1799 aged 48 years, also his son James who died November 26th 1814 aged 28 and his son Richard also who died August 14th 1823 aged 27 yrs. Also Mrs (Frances) McDaniel who died November 29th 1847 aged 91 years and her (infant) sons John and Patrick.
Pray for the soul of Mis Anderson late of Moate died 28th Janry 1761. The remains of John Mulcahy most expert doctor of medicine who having once travelled in France and Italy, finally on this his native soil, in the ninty-seventh year of his age, and in the year of Christ Redeemer 1704, departed this life. His son Nicholas saw to this tomb and the engraving of the little verses. In this tomb lies the renowned pupil of Apollo, who delivered sound life to many and who so often removed deadly poison from others, alas he has been overcome by death’s wound. That here however, he is wholly concealed, do not believe traveller that beneath this tomb dust and solely bones remain, and flourishing with the better part now that he is dead prevails with prayers. Reader add to the prayer. Epitaph of the same man’s wife, Joanne Comerford and it will be pleasing to remember Joanne his bed companion who equally lies enclosed in this sacred marble, being together, one love alive, one will dead. Already likewise ash longs for ash, both you Christians and true faith joined to the same godhead give votive offerings and prayers for their souls. She died in the seventy second year of her age and in the year 1715 of Christ Redeemer.
